Conscious Power Solutions stands behind the quality of the products we manufacture. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the concern.
Returns will only be accepted if Conscious Power Solutions issues a Return Materials Authorization (“RMA”). Any request for an RMA must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Returned merchandise must be returned to Conscious Power Solutions no later than 30 days after receiving the required RMA number.
If an item is to be returned at your request, shipping costs, handling, and restocking fees may be charged (these fees may vary depending on the situation and on the condition of the returned merchandise).
To minimize your restocking costs, returned products should be packaged securely to arrive back in an undamaged condition. When possible, please insert a copy of the invoice or packing slip inside the box and reference the RMA number on the outside of the box. Please be sure to include all original accessories to maximize your credit. Credit for merchandise is subject to inspection. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@conscious-power.com and we will assess your situation and facilitate the return of the product through the correct carrier and provide any necessary paperwork. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
