Our Purpose

"Purpose doesn't make decisions easy; it makes them clear."

To empower people to live lives with meaning and personal fulfillment.

We see our profit as the fuel for this purpose.

Our Story

With years of experience in manufacturing, our crew has seen it all - the ups, the downs, and everything in between. Most of our employers were world class organizations committed to Lean principles and thinking. However, we noticed that when a company only looks out for its owner’s financial wellbeing, it rarely ends well for everyone else. Layoffs, closures, you name it - they hurt everyone, from employees to customers to the local community.

While looking for a better way of doing business, we stumbled upon the concept of conscious capitalism and were intrigued by what we found. After lots of discussions and research, we decided to start a manufacturing business that's rooted in conscious capitalism. Our goal? To give our B2B customers top-notch service while staying true to our values.

What exactly is Conscious Capitalism?

It's a simple concept: businesses make better profits when everyone has a seat at the table. This means considering the needs of employees, customers, suppliers, communities, and the environment—not just shareholders. By doing so, businesses build trust and engagement, and a wide community of advocates all leading to better long-term outcomes for everyone involved.

In conscious capitalism, we're adding a few extra ingredients to the mix: trust, compassion, teamwork, and creating value.
Don't get us wrong - profits still matter, they fuel our purpose. It's just that in this approach, we're all about making sure everyone involved, from employees to customers, feels valued, included, and rewarded.

The 4 Principles of Conscious Capitalism

Higher Purpose:  Businesses should aspire to serve a greater purpose that inspires and engages stakeholders.

Stakeholder Orientation:  Conscious businesses seek to create and optimize value for all stakeholders, not just shareholders.

Conscious Leadership:  Develops a culture that emphasizes collaboration, collective well-being and conscious decision-making.

Conscious Culture:  Trust, compassion, and collaboration permeate the organization; fostering cooperation among stakeholders.
