Special or Custom Orders
Items custom-made to your specifications may require a 50% deposit upon order placement and are not returnable. Please contact us directly to discuss custom items and obtain a pricing proposal.
Product Finishes
We do our best to provide color photographs that are representative of our finishes. Some products and color swatches shown on this website may not exactly match the actual color of the product. If you need to confirm a color, please call and we will send a color sample for approval.
Specification/Installation Drawings
Specification and installation drawings are provided to help give dimensions and installation guidelines for our products. If you need a dimension not shown, or more specific information, please contact our customer service team for help.
Blanket Orders
We support Kanban programs, as such, we provide opportunities for quantity discounts based on blanket purchase orders which can be arranged with shipments occurring over a 6–12-month period. Please contact our customer service team for pricing and terms.
Freight and Shipping
Currently we ship to all 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. Territories. Ground shipping is free on orders over $50. If you need an alternate shipping method, we will be happy to ship prepaid and add OR ship on your account.
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, international addresses, or APO addresses. Please call us at (203)242-8500 with any questions
Shipping Dates
We will always do our best to ship on time to meet your schedule. However Conscious Power Solutions cannot be held liable for manufacturing delays or for delays in delivery or any other cause for delay. Conscious Power Solutions will not accept penalty charges for such delays. Shipping dates are approximate and are based on conditions existing at the time of receipt of the Client’s purchase order and full information. In the event of product or supply shortages, Conscious Power Solutions reserves the right to allocate available supply equitably, considering contractual commitments
Shipping Claims
Title to the products specified herein shall pass to Client upon delivery at Client’s designated shipping destination; however, risk of loss shall pass to Client at the F.O.B. point, Seller’s plant. The client or its consignee must inspect merchandise upon receipt for any shortage, loss, or damage and sign for any such discrepancies. Report any such discrepancies to Conscious Power Solutions within 10 business days after receipt so that Conscious Power Solutions may file necessary claim forms to issue proper credit to the Client. To detect possible concealed damage, packages should be opened and fully inspected, and any damage reported to Conscious Power Solutions. The client shall have no right of offset from outstanding invoices with respect to any claims made. Conscious Power Solutions will not be held responsible for replacing the product if not informed within the timeframes of receipt by the Client of such damage or loss to the product.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified, either in whole or part, without express written consent from your Conscious Power Solutions representative. There may be cancellation charges due to the nature of the order and/or the timing of the cancellation. We will work with you to minimize these charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
Payments
All payments shall be in U.S. dollars. Whenever, for any reason, doubt as to Client’s financial ability develops, Conscious Power Solutions may require cash payment in advance and/or other credit enhancements. Client grants to Conscious Power Solutions a purchase money security interest in the products delivered pursuant hereto by Conscious Power Solutions to secure payment of all amounts owing from Client to Conscious Power Solutions. Client agrees and irrevocably appoints Conscious Power Solutions its agent to execute all such documents and instruments and to take such other action as may be necessary or reasonably required by Conscious Power Solutions to perfect and otherwise protect Conscious Power Solutions security interest hereunder. The forgoing agency is coupled with an interest hereunder and shall be irrevocable as long as the Client owes any amounts to Conscious Power Solutions. Conscious Power Solutions reserves the right to charge interest of 1.5% per month and handling charges if the Client is delinquent in payment of invoices.

Resale Orders - Sales Tax
All shipments to Connecticut are subject to state sales tax. Clients holding valid Resale Certificates, and are purchasing with the intent of reselling our products, are tax exempt and should email their tax exemption certificate to their customer service representative
Fees and Expenses
Client shall pay all reasonable expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by the Company in enforcing the terms of any agreement with sale to, or collection of any amounts owed to, Conscious Power Solutions by Client.
Warranties
We want to make sure you stay satisfied with your purchase. We find it interesting that our competitors will only stand behind their products for a short amount of time. At Conscious Power Solutions, our products are covered with a 5-year warranty so you can rest easy knowing we'll take care of your needs. We want you as a customer for life!
If there are any problems with the quality of the materials or workmanship, we will adjust, repair, or replace the units.
Where required, products must be installed by a licensed electrician; in the manner it was intended to be used. This warranty is null and void in the case of abuse, uses outside its normal intended use, or field modifications made in any manner.
While we will make every effort to provide consistent product colors, but due to the nature of color matching from batch to batch, the warranty does not cover product color matching.
Except as expressly set forth above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Conscious Power Solutions makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, with respect to the products or the use thereof including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any provisions in these terms and conditions to the contrary, under no circumstances will Conscious Power Solutions be liable to client for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising from any provision of this agreement or the products supplied pursuant hereto, such as, but not limited to, loss of revenue or anticipated profits or lost business even if informed of the possibility thereof. These limitations shall apply to all causes of action in the aggregate including, without limitation, breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, misrepresentation, and other torts. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Conscious Power Solutions arising under or in connection with any sale of products exceed the amount paid by client to conscious power solutions for the products that serve as the basis for such claim. Such limitation is an essential provision of this agreement and was a condition upon which the pricing hereunder was based.
General
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut without reference to its internal conflicts of laws principles. In the event that any one term or condition listed above should be deemed invalid, all other terms and conditions will remain valid and in full effect. These Terms and Conditions shall control in all respects concerning the purchase of products from Conscious Power Solutions notwithstanding the printed terms and conditions stated in any purchase order, sales order, order acknowledgment, or other form submitted in connection with the purchase of products. Each party hereby objects in advance to any printed terms and conditions set forth in any such sales order, purchase order, order acknowledgment, or other form submitted in connection with the purchase of products to the extent inconsistent with the terms and conditions contained herein.
